1. Order Process and Confirmation

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Rijd Interior’s team. Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review this confirmation carefully, as it details your bespoke pieces.

2. Bespoke and Customised Items

All products offered are bespoke and custom-made to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of Rijd Interior’s furniture, each order is unique and crafted specifically for you.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) for all countries outside of Sweden, and in Swedish Krona (SEK) for Swedish residents. Prices are listed with no hidden fees and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and bank transfer.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times typically vary between 6-8 weeks, but are subject to the fabric being in stock and shipped on time. Actual delivery may be sooner or slightly longer depending on stock availability and manufacturing schedules. Rijd Interior will communicate estimated delivery dates upon order confirmation. Delivery charges are calculated separately and payable in addition to the product cost.

5. Cancellation and Changes

As all items are bespoke and made on-demand, cancellations or modifications once production has commenced may not be possible. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.

6. All Orders Are Final – No Returns or Refunds

All orders placed through Rijd Interior’s online platform are bespoke and personalized to your specifications. Therefore, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Rijd Interior encourages you to review all details carefully before finalizing your order to ensure your complete satisfaction.

7. Warranty

Rijd Interior offers a 2-year warranty on its products, covering production issues related to craftsmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or alterations outside Rijd Interior’s factory specifications. Should any issues arise within this period, please contact Rijd Interior, and they will address the matter accordingly.

8. Liability and Warranty

Rijd Interior guarantees that its furniture is crafted to the highest standards. Any manufacturing defects must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery, and Rijd Interior will handle such issues in accordance with its warranty policy.

9. Privacy Policy

Rijd Interior respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your data will be used solely for processing your order and providing customer support.
